The Temptations Philadelphia reviews
Love this Venue!
Parking is easy and affordable. Every seat is a good seat and the concessions run smoothly.
The negatives…
The restrooms are almost deplorable. They could use some attention during a show. Also did not notice any ADA stalls but didn’t go looking beyond the nearest to our seats.
Security needs to be beefed up and look, out for these issues:
There were two women that were a nuisance and made the show difficult to watch. They were running u0 and down the aisles, stopping to dance up and down the aisles, and ruining everyone’s view they were near. Security talked to them once and then let them have the run of the house.
This was mostly an older crowd and were seated. Except for one couple, both tall, that stood the entire time. Nobody near them was standing. All of us behind them moved to other available seats but that detracted from our experience because we wanted to sit together.
A blast from the past and into the future
Havin been a teenager in the 60-70s, the songs sung brought back memories. The performance and harmony was amazing. The last original and founding member turning 80 in October and still stepping like he does blew my mind all the way to the newest and youngest member. The group has withstood the test of time and are still amazing performers doing classic that everyone loves. I would recommend to see them anytime and every opportunity available. I had great floor seats and The Temptations took the time at the end of the show to shake hands with those who could get to the front. That is what I call real charm and savvy. They are truly crowd pleasers. Each performer has such charisma and are professional including the band. Loved it.
